EQ goes where the meter is. Hub goes where devices are. No cables between them.nnSmart meters and Hubs are rarely in the same place. In Norway, meters sit in basement cabinets while the Hub needs to be near the router. In Germany, meters are at the main entrance while the Hub belongs in the basement near the inverter.nnRunning data cables between them isn't practical.nnEvert EQ solves this. Plug it into the meter's HAN or P1 port. It reads consumption data and streams it wirelessly to the Hub — wherever you installed it.
